Time to start this last 8 days of running was what was running though my mind. I have thought about this last week for 3months now and for it to be here is awesome. We have come along way ,3800kms ,lots of different prefectures, Isl ands and all sorts of weather. 420kms to go and 8 days. No way I will be taking any shortcuts or going any faster than always, I just want to make it with a smile and enjoy what we have all done together.
Minami san and the boys came down to see us off before they headed home to work. Thankyou so much for last nite and also your donation.
 
Late last night I found out where we will finish in Kesennuma on the 6th July In one week from now, Click here   for map. It is right beside the kesennuma ferry terminal that goes to Ooshima.

The fog was here again and it was kind of cool the whole morning. We were right along the ocean again which was great. Lots of ups and downs today just to keep my fitness up.
 
 
Just after we had lunch in Ohata village the sun popped out and it was pretty hot but a great way to finish off the day.
 
We did 55kms today and I was a little heavy in the legs at some points but nothing can slow me or stop me at the mo.  We found a place in Mutsu city tonight and had a awesome steak dinner.  Sorry for the late blog from yesterday. At dinner I meet this young dude Shoma Shida, he was so friendly and talked to me heaps . Great to meet you Shoma
