Yesterday I finally got to go and see my old friend Haruo san. when i say old he isnt but have knowin him for a few years now, a good friend here in Japan.
Haruo is a well in japanese it is Seitai which means “bodywork “, it is getting your body back to be straight again after all the bending over and rubbish we put our temples of bodys though in everyday life. it is kinda scarely as he put you into some awesome postions and tweaks ya around but you come out feeling awesome,
Well just went around to say hi and catch up and he has givin me a few good ideas about some things to try and do while on this adventure, i will tell you all more later when I get it under ways
great to catch up Haruo san, hope we can go ride in the snow again soon.
