I have been ticking things off my never-ending list but found the end today which is awesome. A huge thank you to everyone who has helped me out over the last week.
Peter Jackson helped build our caution sign and connect up our beacon light, and most of all let me live in his house for a few weeks. Cheers Peter and Lisa and boys!
Bryce Dunlop from Dunlop Builders, a great mate from Lon don and Europe times, today came to see me and they have given us $300 in fuel vouchers and $200 to help out with food and accommodation, I can’t say thank you enough bro!!!!!!
Rachel at Apparel and Signs 4 U here in Wanaka has been busy getting our t-shirts and hoodies made up and they look awesome – I’ll get some photos up tomorrow.
Yesterday I met up with a running group here in Wanaka and we had a great run along the outlet track from Albertown to Wanaka. I look forward to meeting everyone to join me when I run into Wanaka on the 6th September.
Have also been getting alot of emails from people all over NZ wanting to help out and join us when we are in their towns. SO SO happy this is happening, exactly what I was hoping might happen. Come on everyone let’s make this a huge fun run for EVERYONE and anyone to be involved in! THANK YOU all so much!!!!!
